Everything we service is a reasonable drive from the next job, from the Loop out to Winnetka and Highland Park. That is a deliberate limit. A route stretched across the whole metro is how a two-hour arrival window stops meaning anything, and we would rather turn work away than be the company that says “sometime this afternoon” and means it.

A two-hour window, confirmed

You get a two-hour arrival window and a call or text before we set off, not an open-ended day. If we are running late in Chicago traffic or winter weather, you hear it from us first.

We test it before we price it

Somebody puts a meter on the machine instead of working backwards from what you described. Two machines can present the identical problem for entirely different reasons, and the difference between them is often the difference between a small part and a large one.

A flat price, agreed first

You approve a fixed price after diagnosis and before anything is opened up. There is no hourly meter running and no charge for work you did not approve.

We will tell you not to bother

Some machines have simply had it. A bearing job on a budget washer past eight years, or a sealed system on an old freestanding refrigerator, usually costs more than the machine is worth. We say so, even though it costs us the job. It is the reason people call us back.

Parts you can check

Genuine parts wherever they are available, and the part number printed on your invoice so you can verify what went in. Where a high-quality equivalent is the better or the only option, we tell you before fitting it.
