Who you get on the phone
One of us, not a call centre in another state. Tell us who made it, the model number if you can find it, and what it is doing. That is usually enough for us to load the van before we leave.
A two-hour slot rather than a whole day, and a text telling you who is on the way.
What it usually comes to
Most jobs sit between $150 and $500 with the part and the labor together. Nothing gets billed that you did not agree to, and there is no mileage charge anywhere in the ZIP codes on our area pages.
Do not book these online
A refrigerator climbing past 40 degrees, water on the floor, a smell of gas, or a dryer throwing its breaker. Phone us and say so when we pick up – those go straight to the top of the day. If you smell gas, nothing else matters: get everyone out, leave the building, and call your gas utility’s emergency line before you call us.
